how can i convert multiple images at the same time from cmyk to rgb and vice versa?

Hi

Make sure your recorded action uses Convert to Profile and choose the specific RGB or CMYK profile to convert to . Don't use Image >Mode which will use the default working space profile but may not be the right one for your images and use.
Be aware that batch processing will not allow you to preview and adjust any out of gamut colours so your conversions may result in unwanted colour shifts.

Ideally, you don't want to be converting forwards and backwards between RGB and CMYK. If you know you will need both then set out in RGB and once the image is finished convert to the specific CMYK profile required for printing, using Proof colours to highlight and then adjust how any out of gamut colours are handled.

As previously posted, a great way to perform the same task on multiple files is to Batch process the files after creating an action. However, converting to CMYK should only be done when one fully understands the changes set to take place. The conversion to CMYK is based on specific Color Settings and is much smaller than most RGB color spaces.  Just a heads up.
