cntl-alt-shift-e not working

Since the update yesterday, the command cntl-alt-shift-e is not working in the new version of Photoshop for me. This is the command where a new layer is created from all the layers below it.

    If you are using CC2018 check the order you are pressing the keys. There is a bug:

    Ctrl+Alt+Shift +E works

    Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E works

    Shift+Ctrl+Alt+E works

    Shift+Alt+Ctrl+E does not work

    Alt+ Shift+Ctrl+E does not work
    Alt + Ctrl+Shift+E does not work

    That's got it, thanks very much. For now, I'll just have to focus on pressing cntl first. Thanks!
