for some reason now whenever i try to change the color of something, for example the foreground color and click on it it will show a very very simple color panel (the file named hell) and it supposed to look like the file thats named "help" if anyone has a solution please let me know

Looks like you have selected the Windows color picker. To change it back...

 

> Preferences > General > Color Picker: > Adobe
