Color related error in Photoshop & Illustrator

hello, from past few days I might have deleted some file & after that i am receiving some errors regarding color & I can feel that the color might have change in both softwares Photoshop & Illustrator.

I am using macbook so suggest me some help according to it.

    You need to get a handle on the Photoshop Color Settings and options:

      Hi referring to the 2nd screenshot, NEVER delete the embedded profile.

      It should only be done in VERY particular cases related to old press machinery IMO.

      as c.pfaffenbichler suggested - we need to see your Photoshop Color settings - please screenshot and post inline here
