Color Space with Photoshop

I am having problems when opening an image from ACR  to Photoshop. I am getting the message The document has an embedded color profile that does not match the RGB working space.
Embedded Adobe RGB 1998
Working sRGB
What would you like to do
Use the embedded profile
Convert document colors to the working space
Discard the embedded profile( dont color manage)
When i click on any of the options and try to open the file from ACR to Photoshop, i am getting a flashing black and white screen .Thanks for any help you can give me.

It is your color settings not honoring the color space. See:

You want the settings to be "Preserve Embedded Profile" (so what you ask for in LR is honored in PS). 

As for the flashing screen, that's a different issue. Try enabling Deactivate Native Canvas in General Preferences and restarting Photoshop.

Hey @Mark29394552f5qw. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. The first half of the issue description is expected behavior, & the latter seems related to an ongoing known issue with legacy GPUs & Photoshop.

 

For now, let us start with the screen strobing issue. Without opening any file in Photoshop, go straight to Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews > enable 'Older GPU Mode' & restart Photoshop. This will help with the screen flashing.

 

The color management pop-up is an expected behavior based on the user-managed color management policies from Edit > Color Settings (CTRL+Shift+K).
