Colorless when uploading to print

Hi! I haven't had this issue before, but I am using a different computer than normal - so I'm not sure if there is a setting that is different than mine that I need to fix. I edited my photo and it looks great. However, when I upload the photo to the site I want to print from, it looks almost colorless.
