Colours change when I move my photoshop document to my laptop screen from my cintq 13HD

@VideoKojo this reads like a display colour management issue,

ideally you need to be working on calibrated and profiled displays, for accuracy and consistency.

Perhaps using a sensor from the Calibrite i1 range.

At the very least you need Display ICC profiles set for both screens, you may have to choose the manufacturer's default profiles for this in Windows.

I have no Cintiq colour management experience but, if I were in your shoes, I'd be setting up (calibrating and profiling) and trusting the main display first then hoping to calibrate the Cintiq to match.
