Command + L is bringing up the Eyedropper instead of Levels.

Just like the title says. This is on Photoshop 2025.

 

I have an image, for 10+ years, I can open levels by clicking Command L (and the adjustments menu confirms this). Right now, it's not working correctly and is pulling up the eyedropper tool instead for some reason. I have checked myself 10 times, this seems like a bug.

@hulmerous  I've checked this and see the same as @Bojan Živković11378569 wrote.

The cursor is shown as the eyedropper and the levels dialog is shown on the screen.

If the level dialog isn't shown on your system try to reset the preferences.

Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences.

    Ctrl/Cmd + L does not display Levels from Image > Adjustments? On my Windows system, it temporarily activates the Eyedropper and shows the Levels adjustments on the screen. Levels adjustments can be used normally without any issues.
