Command Merge Visable is not currently available, CS6, Windows 10

I am going through a CS6 tutorial, Black and White Conversions – Luminosity Blend Mode. I have recorded my actions, got through the Fill not currently available highlighted--but stuck on the above subject. I can't see where/how to provide .atn file and would a .psd help?

    1) ... your layers panel so we can see all the existing layers

    2) ... your actions panel, so we can see the recorded steps.

    And I don't understand this part of your question:

    Was the Fill command available or not?

      Fenja, I re-recorded my actions and the video ran to the end with no problems. As far as the Fill, I didn't click on the left to stop and hadn't clicked on the option to "Continue". Thanks for looking.
