como activo retratos en filtros neurales

Question

buenas la esten pasando, tengo una situacion de desconocimiento o tal vez tecnico,

no se me activan los filtros neurales de la primera seccion que es retratos o rostros, ya desinstale y volvi a instalar y no se activan, aalguien tiene la solución???

I'll move this to discussions for now. A quick tip is to try this with an image of a recognizable person with facial features. If this does not help, there could be various reasons.

One of the reasons could be an incomplete/corrupted installation of the Neural filter. You can follow these steps to re-download the Neural Filter:

Quit Photoshop, delete or rename the following folder, Start Photoshop, and try again:

Windows: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\
PluginsStorage\PHSP\22\Internal\https://adobe.ly/47jm7Zu\PluginData
