The possibility to choose color profile when open or export file should be an option not the normal (exactly how was before in Photoshop).

It has for decades! Nothing has changed, either.

#222222 without the source having a color profile is a meaningless concept.

You best start with a firm understanding of the Photoshop color settings:

Hi @ANDREOLI24279747g25k what color profile are you using in Photoshop? AdobeRGB, sRGB, etc?

Understanding color profiles is important if you require consistency through your workflow.

Example creating that color in AdobeRGB then saving for web as sRGB will convert the color to 262626 instead of 222222.

This isn't a fault or error - this is intentional based on your color profile choices.

Hi @Kevin Stohlmeyer there are thousands of video as you can see here (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=fix+change+color+export+photoshop) explaining how fix the problem, so this is a very big UX error of Photoshop.

The possibility to choose color profile when open or export file should be an option not the normal (exactly how was before in Photoshop).

I lost 30min only to find how export a simple file.

Each of these videos explains how you can resolve this by using proper color management like this one from your list:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8nYJnCMn-0

The issue you are having is you are not controlling your color profiles. Set your color profile (North America Gen Purpose 2 example).

When exporting when built in another profile and then exported to jpg can shift if you have "Convert to sRGB" checked.

This has always been this way when exporting and is not new.

What is new is your color settings may have changed and you didn't notice until after exporting.

If you use North America Gen... then you are in SRGB and wont see a shift.
