Comparing panel's for portrait and beauty

So I'm new to CC so just checking on valued opinions. There's so many skin retouching panels out there but the 3 that come to mind are 

Venus control panel

Beautyfi

Ultimate control panel. 

Are they all pretty much the same and if so which is the best. 

I know Venus comes with CC and the others are a small fee. So what do you use 🙏😁
