Question

Constant laptop crashes

I'm using a Dell Inspiron laptop Windows 10.

Does this error message suggest my video card is faulty. If not, how can I make the changes this error message suggests?

Many thanks

Reuben

It seems your GPU does not meet the requirements.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

I can't highlight the Performance GPU box as the message is it has detected a problem. therefore I have no choice whether to turn it on or off. The box is greyed out.

Would an older version of Photoshop work?
