Constant problems with payments and licensing

Hello,

For months now I have been experiencing issues with Adobe in terms of payments and licensing.

I had to login to my Adobe account and update pricing every 2 days. Literally just click a button in order to open Photoshop.

I then updated my OS and Photoshop and now when I try and access Photoshop I get the following errors:

"Adobe Photoshop 2020 wants to use the "Local items" keychain"

I have read that this can be caused by using a wrong Adobe ID but I only have 1 account. My Photography plan (20GB) is active but I still have to constantly "update payment information" which does nothing but confirm my existing payment details.
