Contact sheet error

Whenever i try and create a contact sheet i get an error that pops up as " No files found " when i try and make and access a certain folder. When there are clearly pictures in the folder im selecting. Is this a file problem or?

Please provide relevant information, like the complete path of the folder and some file names, maybe they contain illegal characters.
