Content Aware

When I move an object using Content Aware the image is not blended with the new location.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please post meaningful screenshots including the pertinent Panels (Layers, Toolbar, Options, …) to illustrate the issue. 

 

And on a side note: I personally consider the Content-Aware Move Tool unfit for serious work and would prefer a proper Layer-appruach.

I use Photoshop Elements 14.  After much searching I discovered that Content Aware does not blend the colour around the moved image to match the area with which it has been moved.  So I agree with you, the Layer approach is a much better solution.
