There is no email support — we answer questions publicly on the forums. Adobe can be contacted through Chat, but since they no longer support Photoshop 7, your only option is to ask in the forums.

Content Aware Fill was a new feature in Photoshop CS5, released in 2010. It was never in Photoshop 7, released in 2002.

You said you are using Photoshop 7.0 for the first time, but it is no longer available. How did you obtain it?
