content aware fill - terrible results since Photoshop 2021

Hi community,

I often use content aware fill for my model pics, mostly to fill edges of too short backdrops. That's really not much difficult in terms of complexity, and did work very, very well until the new version of Photoshop, 2021, came out! Now the results are really terrible, not smooth, and unusable. Am I the only one expirencing this bug?
