Continuous Layer Issue

This is becoming riddiculous. Adobe has been having more than enough issues!!! I've been trying to do simple tasks like moving layers from top to bottom or vice versa, draw simple sketches and then the brush responds horribly! Seriously! People pay a subscription fee for these constant errors?! Ever since they passed to 2020 version, things have gone horribly wrong in every single way! Seriously, whoever makes these updates make sure things are properly done and not ruin everyone's workflow with these errors! Thank you!
