Convert all layer names into lowercase

Is there any script to do that?

    Ask in the scripting forum for a volunteer to work for you or search the web for such a script,  There may be a problem with text layer that which may default layer names to the layer text.. You  may want to think about it some more before asking add some more logic. Like lowercase pixels not adjustment layers or smart object layers or text layers etc.  Also some Action select layers by name I do not know it the selection is case sensitive. Photoshop Background layer name is Background with an uppercase B I do not know if it can be renamed to background with a lowercase B.
