Convert / to Groups popup ad blocks access to Libraries tab - I can't get rid of it.

Question

How do I get rid of that thing? I never asked for it, it just pops out of nowhere and now I can't close it to get access to the library.  Image attached

Hi @ribik I see you don't have any replies yet, sorry about that! Is this problem still happening, or were you able to get past the pop-up? Let us know if you are still experiencing the issue and we'll try some troubleshooting. Resetting preferences usually clears things out. Also, in Preferences on the Tools tab, uncheck “Show Rich Tooltips” then restart Photoshop to see if that helps.
