Coolorus not installing in photoshop cc 2014

I have been going through , trying to install coolorus manually and through extension manager cc both 2.0 and the old version. Neither of them seem to work and i have tried. Every time i go to install it photoshop says that it may take a while for it to load , it gives me the message to restart photoshop and then open window->extension. But it never loads. I dont have any extensions therefor i can not open it , its just grayed out. Any body else having this problem?
