coping art work from freehand to photoshop

How do I copy vector art from freehand mx to photoshop CS2. It used to let me do it and still does when I work on a MAC. But I am trying to do that on a PC
and I can not seem make it work.
Does anyone know how?
I know I can copy and paste art work from illustrator, that seems to work just fine.

I like some help if anyone knows why it does not let me do it on a PC.
