Copy all layers and merge hot key not working Photoshop CC 2019

Hi All,

I have been using the hot key "Cmd + option + shift + E" for many years, however, it stopped working for me. I don't know if it's a CC 2019 update thing, or maybe I might've accidentally assigned that hotkey to something else in the keyboard shortcut. I can't really check to see in the keyboard shortcut, bc I don't know the exact name for this action, I saw "copy merge" but I don't think that's it. Could someone tell me the official name for this action, or better yet, a solution to this problem?
