Copy layers to CSS

Hi, I've done EVERY thing it says  to copy layers to CSS, but the option never shows up . My layers are grouped, it is not smart object, i don't  even know what I am doing wrong. 
PLEASE HELP ME

 

I Have CS6  version 13.0 x64
Mac OS Mojave 10.14.06

    More information and PS version number and OS would help.
