Copy merged not pasting on other apps

I work on a graphic desing corporation and we use the copy merged to cut down the whole export part of our works, making us simply copy and paste our photoshop works to our clients! It was quite simple, after finishing with one client we simply select all > Copy merged and then we paste on our client's messenger app chat (Whatsapp or telegram)
For some reason my personal computer lost this useful tool and now I'm able to only paste any merged copy on the photoshop itself and not outside anymore, I didn't lost this on my work PC. I didn't mess with the settings (I don't even know how to beggin with) It just simply stopped doing that, can anyone help me regain this?

    I've noticed a similar issue. I cannot copy or paste in Photoshop on the first try; it only works on the second or third attempt. 

     

    I am using Windows 11. There were no changes with the update 25.7; this issue is not new for me.
