Copy paint from another image

How can I take paint on a buillding in one image and copy it to another building in another image? Or even, can I use generative AI to turn all paint from one building in an image to another color?

Sure, I am trying to make the white paint of this house look black like this house.

You simply could make a selection of the white house and mask out a new layer then fill will a sample of the color of the second house. Then change the layer blend mode to multiply. Erase out the windows where needed and you're all set.
