Copying signatures on a documant

I'm trying to reproduce signatures on a flood damaged certificate to be reproduced on a fresh parchment photo paper. I have isolated and copied all of the Old England type face but the signatures are in different colored inks. How can I isolate and copy them?

Here are the signatures. I can copy the outlines (very work intensive) but how else can I seperate them from background and paste in a new document?

I would recommed:

• removing the underline by clone stamping

• duplicating the Green Channel and inverting that

• using Curves to isolate the pertinent elements (and brush out the remaining unwanted elements)

• creating Solid Color Layers with the appropriate Layer Masks based on that
