correct dialogue box for print settings not appearing

Hi,

I've just installed photoshop on my new computer (W11). I want to print from my Epson SC P800 but when I click on the print settings the dialogue box that appears is not as usual (I need to enter paper type and settings, colour management, size, etc.) but a simplified box appears (like for a regular office printer).

Please help!

Have you installed the Epson driver for the printer (downloaded from Epson itself) rather than a generic Windows driver?

If you have not, then please do so. If you have already downloaded and installed the specific Epson driver then hold the spacebar when selecting print, which will reset the Photoshop print dialogue.

Thanks Dave, I figured it out! In effect, the default driver had taken over and I struggled to replace it with the Epson driver. All good now, thanks! *Michael KENNY
