Corrupt file Photoshop CC 2018/2019?!

Question

I was making a artpiece for work but when I tried opening the .psd file only 2 hours later I get a popup saying: ''this file contains one or more layers which appear to be corrupt. Continue reading laters?'' but whatever option I chose it will say: ''Could not complete your request because an un-expected end-of-file encountered''

Can my file be restored somehow? It's very important...

To open an image that contains damaged layer data with its composite, press Shift+Opt (Mac OS) or Shift+Alt (Windows) while your file is being opened. This solution doesn't work on all files.
