COULD NOT APPLY THE WORKSPACE BECAUSE OF A PROGRAM ERROR PS 2022

Error message when trying to open or create a new workspace name in Photoshop.  It says "COULD NOT APPLY THE WORKSPACE BECAUSE OF A PROGRAM ERROR."  I just uploaded the latest version of PS and did not have that problem before!

 

Also, when I open PS, I get a mesage that says "COULD NOT APPLY THE SAVE PANEL CONFIGURATION."

 

This is a mess that I just don't know how to get out of!  Any help will be appreciated.

Without any system info we can't realyl tell you much. Typically, though. these errors point to permissions issues with the folders and files that hold that info and/ or things like display drivers. So start by checking your user documents and related Adobe folders and check your display settings.

Hello and thank you.  I am not sure what you mean by "without any system info".  Is that something I can include here?

All I can say is I had no problems a week ago.  The ONLY THINGS different this week is 1) I installed the latest Windows 10 Update; and 2) I installed the latest update to Photoshop, which is 23.1.1.
