could not apply workspace because the file could not be found?

I just downloaded photoshop cc Trial to see if I want to upgrade from cs6 I haven't been able to use it because every time I try to open the photography workspace I get the error message

could not apply workspace because the file could not be found!!! I also tried to just apply some of my actions without being in the photo workspace and photoshop just crashes....PLEASE HELP I definitely wont be purchasing if I cant use it.....
