Could not open “filename.jpg” or "filename.psd" because of a disk error

Hi there,

Today I've started getting the following error message in Photoshop: Could not open “filename” because of a disk error. It happens when I try opening jpg or psd files. The files are on a server and other users are able to open these files, so the files aren't corrupted. 

Using macOS, I've updated to Sequoia 15.0.1 last night, not sure if that made any changes.

Version of app: 25.12.0
