CR2 File error importing from LRC to Photoshop

Good day, I am trying to import a CR 2 file from LRC into photoshop, I get a "Could not open "Ps tools.cr2" because of a disk error" when I press ok I get a "Could not open "High pass sharpening.cr2" because off disk error.

I have reinstalled PHOTOSHOP, Camera Raw, and LRC. I have actioned and made sure language preferences are set to Middle Eastern and that Scripts Event Manager is clear. My NEF files are importing it os only the CR2 files not. This is on Mac. Can anyone assist?
