CR2 to TIFF with a lot of subfolders.

Hi, i've got a general folder with a lot of subfolders, with 36 files named 01 to 36 in each subfolder.

All this files are CR2, I need to automate a conversion to TIFF but i need to keep the folder structure and the files name.

Let's say that I can recreate the folder tree manually, but than I need photoshop to save the files in the right folder. Is that possibile?

I can accept also that Photoshop saves the TIFF in the original folder of the CR2, than I will delete the CR2 with an Automator action.

I'm running CS5 on Mac OS 10.6.
