Crash Issues when saving or rendering

Question

Is anyone else having issues when saving or rendering? Photoshop crashes and sends me to a troubleshoot page where I have tried all the listed remedies.

I have a 3D image saved where I can make various changes to it with saving. However, once I create a timeline or try to add animation to this 3D image, I can no longer save or render the file. Photoshop crashes before anything can go through. Cannot save to cloud, desktop, render, or change the file type.

I've tried to save/render on multiple different computers as well and this issue happens on all of them.

Any thoughts?

Hi!Did this just start happening? If it was working before, and you changed hardware or software--what did you change?Have you tried turning your Graphics Processor off and restarting to see if that is the culprit?
