Crash Photoshop CC 2020 21.1.2 on Windows 10

While I am working on any file, photoshop crashes. In some cases my pc goes in a blue screen mode (error code: power driver state failure). 

 

I'm using HP Pavilion 15-cs2111nl 

Windows 10 Home 64 bit 1909 version
Microprocessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz
16 GB RAM
BIOS  F.20
NVIDIA GeForce MX250 4GB RAM
 
It's very frustrating! thanks in advance for your help.
