Crash Report - Can't open Photoshop in my computer

Hi, 

I have just installed the latest version of Photoshop in my PC, but the programme does not open. After clicking the app to open it, a message appears on the screen saying: "Crash Report for Adobe Photoshop", and then you choose "Send Crash Report" or "Dont Send".

What do I do to open the programme properly?
