I recently updated my photoshop version, and now that I updated it everytime I add a image it crashes. I keep sending reports and nothing happens. Contact support and they keep sending me links for troubleshooting. I have updated my software on my mackbook, reset the settings, preferences, cleared cache, restarted photoshop and my macbook, and NOTHING> Is anyone else having this problem or did I miss something this is really slowing down my work flow. HELP!

Try logging into another account (you may need to make one), still crashing?
Try starting up in Safe mode (hold down Shift Key when booting), still crashing?
You might want to try running a free utility like Onyx: still crashing?
