Crashes when opening Webp format

@CShubert After reseting preferences manually (dragged settings folder to desktop) I can open 5 or more images but... I have checked 3 times, Photoshop will crash on first action like drag with Rectangular Marquee or trying to use the Crop tool. Please watch this video https://youtu.be/y0pYCcin24U

I have installed previous version and beta version on my machine if that makes any difference.

Update: it seems that the problem starts with the 5th opened image.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It actually crashes with any format like JPEG. I just tested and it crashed when I opened 5th JPEG file 1200x1200px, other files are similar in dimensions.
