CRASHING PHOTOSHOP

every version literally , 2017 , 2018 , 2019 , 2020 , 2021 ...every version is lagging on my windows laptop on basic commands like changing exposure , vibrance , curves , brightness and contrast

I need to kill it then from the task manager then

Please help!!!!!

So you're relying on Windows Update to get your video driver up to date?

What's the specific version of the driver for your GTX 1650?

First thing to try is update your GPU's drivers (if you haven't in awhile).

 

Since this is a laptop, I'm guessing it'll have two GPUs, which Photoshop never likes. See this FAQ for more details:

So if you disable GPU totally, while maybe slower, still crashing? 

Try trashing your Photoshop preferences. Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) immediately after launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings. Might help.
