create a single level of photos in series with a single name?

Hello everyone, I need a script to photoshop that when I insert multiple pictures with most of the same text, so I create one level with the part of the name in common photos.

can someone help me?

for example I have 4 photos that you see on the right, who have in common the name: 31550174. I would have an automatic mechanism that generates a psd file with the layers of my individual files; the script has to recognize the files within a folder with the same name to merge them into one file psd.

Is the shortest version of the name always 8 letters long?
