Create frame animation doesn't work when selected

Hello,

When I click on convert to frame animation, nothing happens. Help! Thanks

You would need a time line for the function.  You have  not created a Frame animation time line or video time line.  If you click the Create Frame Animation Button in your screen capture that may help. It seems to be what you want to do.....
