Create realistic water spray effect using adobe photoshop

Hi,

I am trying to create a realistic water spray effect coming out of a sprinkler using photoshop.

please see the reference photo for an idea of what I am trying to replicate.

if anyone has any idea how i can do this using photoshop or other ai tools I would greatly appreciate it.

I would recommend looking for stock images and trying to fit some of those (with Warp, Puppet Warp etc.).
