Creating 4 multiple of an image on one page.

Photoshop used to have useful automated "picture package" options, but no more - you need to find or make something yourself.

Another option is to record an action. A simple 4up 2x2 layout at the current size/resolution, then the print window is used to fit the image to the paper. This simple example does not put space between the images, but it could do so quite easily.

If this is too simple, then there are other options such as using scripts and templates as suggested by JJMack.

Create a Template. Place an image a canvas as a Smart Object layer. Size it 1/4 canvas size. Use Ctrl+j three times to dupe the layer 3 time. distribute the layer over the the canvas and save your template.  All you need do then is edit the template and use replace content on any of the smart object layers to replace the contents of all the layers. There are Photoshop scripts on the web you can download to batch populate templates designed for batch population.  Free Photoshop Photo Collage and Mockup Toolkit   Templates are  easy to create and you can be quite creative.
