Creating pdf from psd files...different result this week from last...what gives?

Hello everyone,

I'm creating a PDF for printing from psd files.  Last week, I completed this task with no issues.  The output of the automation was a pdf with the same size pages as the images so that there was bleed to the edge of the page. 

This week, I made edits to the psd files and compiled the PDF (exactly the same was as I did last week) but now there is a margin around the image and no bleed.  I've tried to select all of the various options in the Automate menus...to no avail.   I thought I did everything exactly the same.  Aaaagh!  Please help.
