Creative Cloud Apps Slow After Sierra Upgrade

Question

I upgraded my 2010 MacBook Pro to MacOS Sierra a couple of months ago. Ever since then, all of my Creative Cloud apps (mainly Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator) have gone from running fairly quickly to taking a few minutes to start up and varying times to accomplish simple tasks, but it is especially slow when trying to access files. All of the apps I use are up to date.
