Creative Cloud Desktop on Windows 10 incorrectly notifies me of Photoshop Update.

Every few days (roughly), There is a notification on Windows 10 Pro (Desktop), from the Create Cloud Desktop app telling me an Update for Photoshop is available.
 
When I click on the notification, it brings me into the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and I see a recent update to Bridge (already updated), but nothing for Photoshop. I'm currently running Photoshop 23.1.1 which is the latest since mid January.

So I am led to believe that there is an update by the notification, but there is not.
 
I'll keep ignoring this until there really is an update for PS, then maybe it will stop.  ;-))

My version of the Creative Cloud Desktop app is 5.6.5.58.
