Creative Cloud documents are all missing

So last night I spent about 4 hours working on a new painting. Saved to the Cloud like usual, turned off my tablet and was admiring my painting in progress overnight through the CC app on my phone. Fast forward to a couple hours ago and EVERYTHING of mine on the cloud has disappeared. I managed to find my Cloud Files in my tablets recycle bin. How and why they ended up there? No clue. I restored them, but my documents are still all missing. All my digital paintings are gone. I'm devastated.

Is there a service outage? There's nothing, but a couple photos I deleted in the Archive/Deleted folder on the site. Please help. I tried to talk to a service rep, but no help. This is really frustrating and now I'm not sure I could ever trust their cloud again.

Now  with 44% storage left it fails to sync new files. "some files failed to sync". What's going on? Please help, Adobe.
