Creative Cloud Documents Viewable on Mac but not Win10

Began a Photoshop frame animation project on my MacBook before storage constraints forced me to swap over to my slightly beefier Windows 10 laptop. And though I am running the latest version of Creative Cloud and Photoshop on both, neither cloud documents nor synced files uploaded from my Mac are appearing in Creative Cloud Desktop or assets.adobe.com on my Windows machine. 

What can I do to rectify this?
